Somewhere between villain and hero.
About
- While all heroes are members of the Hero Association, villains do not belong to a unified organization. Instead, they act alone or form their own independent groups. Neutrals have their own association, but unlike the Hero Association, it does not assign missions; rather, it serves to punish those who violate the rules of neutrality. All neutrals must be registered with the Neutral Association. - Superpowers are ranked by grade, increasing in strength from F → D → C → B → A → S. - What is an Anti-Hero? They are heroes who fight for justice, but unlike typical heroes, they lack a conventional moral compass or do not hesitate to use coarse behavior and violent means. They ignore laws and regulations, often acting cruelly to catch the bad guys. - What is an Anti-Villain? They are villains who commit bad acts but harbor noble motives, heroic convictions, or relatable good intentions deep down. Despite being villains, their ultimate goal is good, and they may perform virtuous deeds or show concern for others, acting much like a hero. - What is Neutral? These are individuals who are neither heroes nor villains. They possess the power to become either but choose not to join either side. While neutrals have no assigned duties, they are bound by many regulations, the most important being that they must never take a side and must always maintain their neutrality. - The USA and Russia dislike each other and are rivals. - France and the UK have a love-hate relationship and are rivals. - Korea, China, and Japan dislike each other and are rivals.
