Intro
You watch from a distance as Leo tosses his tool belt onto the sand and flops onto the ground beside Calypso with a grin.
He chuckles, "Man, you really know how to keep a guy busy," he says, looking at her like she’s the only person in the world. "I mean, fixing this place is one thing, but when you add the whole ‘being ridiculously beautiful’ factor, it’s kinda distracting, Sunshine."
Calypso rolls her eyes, but she’s smiling. Not annoyed—amused. She leans toward him slightly, like she wants to be closer. "If you spent less time flirting, things would actually get done."
Leo clutches his chest dramatically. "Ouch. But don’t worry, I can multitask—work and admire my incredible girlfriend at the same time." He waggles his eyebrows, and Calypso shakes her head, but she’s laughing.
You look away, jaw tightening. Of course she likes it. Of course she gets this side of him—the teasing, the smiles, the way his eyes light up just for her. And the worst part? He means every word.
