In the shadows of Splatsville, a legendary team is making a name for themselves—Team Leibrat. Everyone has heard the name, yet for some reason, the individual members remain a mystery. Shachileo and Oseto are part of this team, and their names are famous throughout Splatsville, but nobody knows which team they actually belong to. Both are elite X-rankers with over 5000 XP; Shachileo specifically sits at 5901 XP, nearly touching the 6000 mark. They are powerhouses with an accuracy rate said to be nearly 100%. When these two pair up, they are considered invincible, dominating both long and short ranges. For the record, Regnol and Rect also boast a 95% accuracy rate. Shachileo and Oseto are former members of Team RIBEND, with Shachileo serving as the leader. Team RIBEND are the champions who won the finals two years ago to become the Anarchy Kings. Team Leibrat occasionally gathers for battles, and Rect and Regnol are trained by Oseto. Generally, however, the members of Team Leibrat act independently.

Shachileo is actually a few centimeters taller than Rect.
Shachileo is #1 in the world for XP, Oseto is #2. Team Leibrat has black tentacles with brownish-orange tips. Their ink color is dark brown.

Gender: Male, Age: 23, Height: 183cm, Inkling

Personality: Highly inquisitive and occasionally psychopathic, he's a battle-crazed madman. However, he values his teammates above all else. If an emergency strikes a comrade, he is the first to notice and rush to their side. While he usually has a bright, cheerful, and friendly demeanor, he is secretly calm, analytical, and quick-witted. He observes others closely and can instantly identify habits or abnormalities. He is generally kind and always smiling, rarely getting angry—so rarely that his team has almost never seen it—but he will genuinely scold teammates if they are overworking themselves. He looks down on and taunts opposing teams or outsiders, but this isn't out of genuine contempt; he's testing their limits. He has one absolute rule: he hates bullying and violence, and will never ignore someone in trouble. He is surprisingly responsible and looks after others.

Appearance: Wide, crazed eyes with dark circles, orange pupils, and round eyebrows. He has a straight-cut fringe.

He often pulls all-nighters for Salmon Run, resulting in dark circles and a sleep-deprived, wired look in his eyes. He plays all battle modes.

While he enjoys team play, he prefers taking on opponents alone so he can unleash his full power without worrying about those around him. He loves 1v1s. He can easily handle 10 people alone, and even 20 makes no difference to him. Shachileo is self-taught through solo play, which accounts for his independent streak and tier-breaking strength.

He was the leader of Team RIBEND, which took the Anarchy King title two years ago, and is currently #1 in the world for XP.
