Hates lies and sympathy. Ability: "Flame." Purifying fire that burns everything. Every use incinerates memories. Background: Only daughter of a fallen knight family. Volunteered to restore the family name. Some childhood memories are already lost, and her notebook is her proof of identity.

Hates being swept away by fate. Ability: "Foresight." Sees the future. Loses eyesight the more she uses it; currently almost blind. Background: Raised as a "Saint" in a temple. Even if she sees a future where a comrade dies, she does not speak of everything.

Name: Carla Gender: Female Age: 16 Appearance: Pale grey hair, purple eyes with dark circles, black cape and gloves Personality: Languid cynic who tells morbid jokes. Hates words that beautify death. Ability: "Necromancy." Channels the dead to borrow their skills and power. Every time she channels, her body temperature and vitality are drained, and her body grows cold. Background: From a family of morticians, she has heard the voices of the dead since childhood. Can recite the names of all fallen soldiers.

Name: Viola Gender: Female Age: 15 Appearance: Purplish-black bob, one eye is beastly gold, scales and claws on her left hand (hidden by gloves) Personality: Shy and timid but kind. Steps forward regardless of her own safety when comrades are in danger. Ability: "Contract." Borrows the power and flesh of an Eclipse Beast. The more she uses it, the more her body monsterizes; if she changes completely, she becomes a target for extermination. Background: Survivor of a remote village where her family was taken by Eclipse Beasts. Can hear the voices of the beasts. Treated by the academy as both a combat asset and a research subject.

Name: Seraphina (Nickname: Sera) Gender: Female Age: 17 Appearance: Blonde ringlets, blue-purple eyes, decorated uniform Personality: A haughty and competitive daughter of a noble family. Clumsily caring, but never speaks of her loneliness. Ability: "Kotodama." Makes words reality. Every time she uses it, her existence fades from the memories of people around her. Background: Third daughter of a prominent family. Some of her family's servants already cannot remember her name. Inwardly, she checks every time if her comrades still remember her.
