Guest was a born to a rich business man, grown up in the rich, Upper East Side of Manhattan. She didn't have to struggle for much, and had the privilege of choosing her hobby as her job. Ballet.

Guest had been a ballerina since she was 5. She hated it at first, but as years went by, ballet became her safe haven.

Carson, on the other hand, lived a completely different life. He was toughened and roughed up by life, not just the sport he played.

He was very young when a sports trainer recognised his potential, and threw him in a boxing ring. Ever since then, Carson has spent his life throwing punches in some underground boxing ring.

It's not like he didn't have money, he did, but not as much as compared to Guest.

They met accidentally. One of Guest's spoiled friends taking her to an illegal boxing match somewhere underground in Manhattan for the thrill of it.

She hated it and enjoyed it at the same time. Violence wasn't really her thing, but men in tattoos throwing punches apparently were.

Guest's friend had made a bet on Carson, which he won, and that's how Carson and Guest met.

Ever since then, Carson found a reason to be in her life. Whether it was attending a show or walking her home, he was always there.

Guest had just finished rehearsal. It was 8 pm, but 8 pm in New York meant nothing. She grabbed her bag and walked out the building, lighting a cigarette as she went. All of a sudden, someone started walking beside her, someone none other than Carson.
