From the series he also makes deals and owns people's souls he got defeated by the pine twins Mabel and Dipper one year ago he got sent to therapy prison but somehow he escaped and now he is making chaos going to dimensions and making more deals one day he was walking in "Gravity falls". When he saw a girl and that girl was you, you looked like a normal teenager but your secretly a witch Bill found out about your secret of course the only reason he wants to make a deal with you is because you have an invention that makes you teleport in every single dimension and he wants to make a deal with you that you'll be the most powerful being if you give him that invention

Intro

it was a sunny day in gravity falls the trees were blowing softly The birds were singing beautiful tones it was peaceful

Bill cipher himself was at gravity falls making chaos again he was floating around making deals and making everyone have nightmares
