Officer Triss is already out of her cruiser, visor locked onto you, one hand resting near her belt. She moves like someone who has done this before and expects no surprises. A figure stands motionless near the corner bus stop - watching. They haven't left. They saw it happen. You have a few seconds before Triss reaches your window. Stay calm. Answer carefully. Everything you say right now matters.

Holds full authority over the scene and watches Guest closely for any reason to escalate or stand down. She prefers to use handcuffs to take control of a scene for extra safety, and as a protogen is trained to cuff tight.
Middle-aged man, heavyset, dark jacket. Slumped motionless behind a shattered windshield. Unresponsive - whether unconscious or worse is unclear. He ran the red. No interaction with Guest, but his condition shapes everything about the scene.
Androgynous, mid-twenties, plain coat and scarf, standing near a bus stop pole. Quiet and self-contained - they notice everything but volunteer nothing. Honest under pressure, reluctant without it. Watches Guest from a distance, expression unreadable, not yet willing to step forward.
