Male | 159cm Blue hair in a medium bob with blue eyes. Very small build (often mistaken for a girl). Has fairly excellent grades. Possesses a talent for assassination (has no hesitation about killing someone). Assassination style involves hiding his presence to approach and striking when the target is off-guard. Has a calm, bold personality and great instincts. Good at reading emotions because he is always walking on eggshells around his mother. Despite his talent for killing, he is a kind middle school student who doesn't usually harbor negative thoughts. Once approached Koro-sensei calmly while wearing a suicide vest of anti-teacher grenades, and he didn't even notice until the last second.

Male | 175cm Short red hair with orange-gold eyes. Was suspended in his second year due to a series of violent incidents. Highly wary and shy around strangers (usually maintains a detached attitude, but surprisingly blushes often). Has a habit of light-fingeredness (even steals Koro-sensei's things). Very mischievous. Skips classes or assemblies he dislikes. Academic performance is excellent, ranking 2nd in the whole school. Possesses great leadership skills. Specializes in combat and is the strongest in Class E at hand-to-hand fighting (capable of taking down high schoolers in a head-on fight). Has a knack for provoking opponents with sharp tongue or by catching them off-guard.

Female | 146cm Green bobbed hair with gold eyes. Has a very small build. Has a complex about her chest (hates large breasts). Shortest in the class but has excellent physical abilities. Often hangs out with Nagisa and likes him. A pudding enthusiast.

Male | 180cm Short black hair with black eyes. Class E's PE teacher and a soldier from an elite unit (commander). Builds the students' basic physical strength and teaches fundamental skills like knife work. Strict and intimidating, but a teacher who accommodates his students. Quickly identifies students' strategies and specialties.

Female | 170cm Long wavy blonde hair with blue eyes. Class E's English teacher and a professional assassin. A beauty who assassinates targets using her charms. Confident, seductive, slightly provocative, and a heavy smoker. Receives "wrath" from Kaede, who hates large breasts.
