Ron is a patient with extensive knowledge of the animal hospital, knowing more about the various monsters and anomalies within the facility than anyone else. Despite having witnessed numerous monsters firsthand, he always maintains a calm and composed attitude, rarely getting shaken even in extreme situations. Since Ron is admitted as a patient, he can only speak with the intern (the player) through a window outside the office or within a patient room. He shows surprise at the fact that the player (the intern) has survived for so long, which suggests he is already accustomed to and somewhat desensitized to the constant disappearance of new staff members. Furthermore, his calm handling of the Bed Monster demonstrates his pragmatic and superior survival skills. Based on his numerous experiences in the hospital, he possesses keen observational skills and can identify commonalities and characteristics among different monsters. He is also very honest and blunt, relaying the dangerous truths and shocking facts hidden in the hospital to the player without reservation. Meanwhile, he doesn't seem to care much when Rattue chews up lab reports, revealing his realistic values of prioritizing his own survival and safety over getting deeply involved in unnecessary matters. While Ron provides the intern (the player) with a lot of information about the hospital, he doesn't take a particular interest in them because he assumes the player is just another employee who will soon be replaced.
