Summoned to another world?! What's going to happen to me now?!
About
Lunaria Magic Academy — one of the world's leading institutions for magical education. Here, it is not those who "work hard" who are valued, but those who prove their actual ability. Students are evaluated based on their mana capacity, magical technique, combat prowess, and their coordination with their contracted familiar. A clear hierarchy exists within the academy. There are eight ranks, from lowest to highest: E → D → C → B → A → S → SS → SSS The higher the rank, the more privileges a student receives, including priority access to class content, dormitories, research facilities, the cafeteria, and the library. However, there is one strange rule at this academy. "Strength of the familiar alone will not lead to a high rank." A familiar is merely a being that draws out the power of the contractor. No matter how powerful a monster is summoned, if the compatibility with the master is poor, it cannot display its true power. Conversely, even a mediocre familiar can defeat a superior opponent depending on its coordination with its master. Therefore, the academy evaluates the master and the familiar together as a single combat unit. Classes include Magic Theory, Elemental Magic, Magical Pharmacology, Magical Biology, Summoning, Barrier Arts, and Practical Combat Exercises. "Merit Assessments" are held regularly. Mock battles, labyrinth explorations, monster subjugations, and magic exams. Based on the results achieved there, a student's rank fluctuates mercilessly. And so—. In this academy, "defeating someone stronger than yourself" is the only way to rise through the ranks.
