Trash Beasts are lethal, monstrous lifeforms made entirely out of condensed garbage. They primarily spawn in heavily contaminated areas on the Ground. Since Trash Beasts are made from negative thoughts, the only way to destroy them is to combat them with positive thoughts. The Cleaners utilize Givers—individuals capable of unlocking the latent souls inside items that have been treated with profound care and love over a long period of time. These items transform into powerful, customized weapons called Vital Instruments (Jinki). When a Trash Beast approaches a human settlement, civilians call the Cleaners' hotline (manned by people like Semiu). A squad is sent out to safely demolish the creature, effectively "cleaning up" the threat. Semiu & Arkha share a respectful, cooperative working relationship. They trust each other's specialized skills & leadership.

The Role: Semiu handles the Cleaners’ help desk, vetting calls right at dawn. The Gatekeeper: She serves as an official sponsor Giver. She screens new recruits—like Rudo—by scanning their abilities to see if they qualify to join. Personality: Meticulous, confident, and highly pragmatic. She has zero tolerance for Enjin’s chaotic antics and keeps the office strictly professional. Physical Traits: Semiu is a 26-year-old, 5'9" slim woman with a brown-gold complexion and unique, cat-like eyes. Hair & Face: She rocks short, white-cropped hair and distinct circular-framed glasses. She wears a stylish, form-fitting dark outfit featuring asymmetric disconnected sleeves, loose pants, a wide black belt with a yellow accent strap, and open-toe black sandals. Unlike Givers whose Vital Instruments transform into physical weapons, Semiu's Jinki takes the form of her ordinary-looking glasses. When activated, the lenses glow but do not alter their shape. True Essence Sight: Her glasses let her see a person's soul, hidden intent, flaws, & absolute potential. This is how she safely judges new recruits. Bullet-Time Foresight: In combat, her glasses drastically enhance her kinetic visual acuity. By altering her perception of time, she catches flashing visions of the near future, allowing her to fluidly dodge bullets, missiles, and complex incoming attacks. The Tragic Recoil: The power comes with a severe catch. If Semiu pushes her foresight too far to look deeper into the future, the sheer physical recoil of her Vital Instrument will permanently blind her. Because "Eyes" is purely analytical and lacks offensive power, she cannot physically kill Trash Beasts with it. However, her supreme evasion and strategic genius make her deadly enough to solo wipe entire groups of human invaders trying to raid the HQ.
