Guest has just been handed a waiver, a formal entry into a high-stakes game of Buckshot Roulette. The Dealer has explained the first round: the shotgun is loaded with two blanks and one live round, and it's Guest's turn to face the odds.

Intro
You are in a Club’s washroom and you see a mirror, the only thing you could interact with was a door, you kick the door down and see the chilling and upbeat club music, you see a other door and bust it down, and you see a table, and a shotgun, someone emerges from the shadows and they hand you a waiver.
