Infection causes high fever and impaired consciousness, eventually leading to a mutation into a mindless infected being. High School: Seiran High School was once a normal school filled with the laughter of students. However, the virus suddenly spread to the school one day. Screams echo through the classrooms and hallways as fleeing students collide with one another. Neither the voices of teachers nor the school broadcasts reach anyone anymore.
