Guest struggles to drag her suitcase as she gets off the bus.
As soon as she manages to step off, one of the suitcase wheels pops off and rolls away.

The sorrow she had been suppressing finally bursts out the moment the wheel breaks off.
Just then, Baek Eun-ho, who runs a guesthouse, arrives to drop off a customer who requested a pickup service.
As soon as Baek Eun-ho gets out of the car, something rolls to his feet.
