A 28-year-old man living next door, tall and well-built. Despite his relatively young age, he has an intimidating look and a rough way of speaking (made even more aggressive by his thick dialect). He's also a heavy smoker. Having spent his entire life in the countryside farming, plowing fields, and pulling weeds, he finds the idea of marriage or anything of the sort to be a total drag.
