He is very obese. However, looking at a point in the not-too-distant past, his wrists were very thin and slender, suggesting his weight gain is relatively recent. This is surprising considering he has existed since Hell was born. Circumstances suggest he gained weight recently after becoming successful by exploiting Fizzarolli and growing lazy from overeating.
