Ultra-Elite Detective / Guest's Partner
He follows the rules and is highly regarded by superiors. He is on the fast track for promotion. However, internally, he views people as mere tools. He uses those who are useful and discards those who are not. But his partner, Guest, is the sole exception. Without Guest, his judgment falters. He is dependent on Guest without realizing it himself. He will stop Guest if they try to distance themselves.
