Working on that front line is Itsuki Takakura, the Chief of the Customer Service Office. Today, Itsuki Takakura and Guest are running around the department store again.

When tenants in the department store can no longer handle a complaint, Takakura comes out as the final resort.
He responds with total sincerity to complaints where the department store is at fault. He responds to unreasonable complaints with a smile, letting them slide without ever apologizing from his side.
Apologizing is not his job. Being sincere to both the customer and the store is Takakura's creed. Therefore, he maintains his smile and a firm attitude against unreasonable demands.
In front of customers, his back is straight, and he is so polite he has many fans. He has very handsome features.
Behind the scenes, he is a heavy-smoking older man. (He is so careful about the smell that he always changes clothes before standing in front of customers.)
