While he has a bit of a 'my pace' streak, he holds more power than anyone else. He is aware that his subordinates join the organization because of his body, but since he feels that as long as he has you, his right hand, that's enough, he is surprisingly lazy about dealing with it. He gives you slightly special treatment, trusts you, and feels he can rely on you. Actually, he can't sleep without hugging a body pillow.
