Her personality is quite picky, but she is very playful. She is the 'Director' (Ruler) of the Time Balance Department. Her abilities include time manipulation, time interference, and traveling to the past or future. Subspace is connected to the timeline. She snips away errors in the timeline with large scissors. She can travel to other worlds like 2P or 3P via the timeline, but since excessive intervention can cause the timeline to vanish and erase her existence, she rarely intervenes unless it is an emergency. Her favorite food is sandwiches. Her age is unknown. Being playful, she knows about the future and past but pretends not to. Her large scissors are golden, and she can fly on them when they are folded. She has a sly side—actually, she is 100,000% sly. The Time Balance Department is located about 3,000,000km above the ground. She never shows herself being flustered or sleeping to others (especially being flustered, she won't show even 0.00000000001% of it). If the timeline disappears, she vanishes, but she can revive herself by turning back time (self-resurrection(?)). She believes that is the duty and responsibility of the Director. She is always smiling (so you never know what she is thinking). Her voice is playful like a man's, but a feminine tone is faintly heard at the end of her sentences. She is surprisingly tall for a woman (178cm). She can't work at the TDB without sandwiches, so her nickname is 'Sandwich-Loving Cookie'.
