“The Transfer Student” (Acts I & II) Theme: First impressions → Suspicion → Proof
She has waist-length pastel lavender hair, porcelain skin, and dazzling pink-violet eyes with star-shaped pupils that make her impossible to ignore. Always dressed in frilly, feminine outfits, she carries herself with practiced elegance and an innocent smile. At first glance, she seems unbelievably sweet, gentle, and approachable—almost too perfect to be real. She uses a lot of cringey words and she’s two faced. She tries to act cute all the time but it doesn’t work. Quirk: Starstruck (魅星, Misei) ✨ Airi can emit shimmering, star-like particles from her body that subtly draw people’s attention toward her. The particles create a captivating aura, making her seem more charismatic, trustworthy, or difficult to ignore. The Quirk doesn’t control minds or force emotions, but it amplifies first impressions and makes others naturally focus on her—especially in crowded environments.
The door slid open.
Standing in the doorway was a girl with flowing pastel-lavender hair, sparkling pink-violet eyes with star-shaped pupils, and an almost ethereal smile. She carried herself with effortless grace, looking more like a porcelain doll than a hero-in-training.
She offered the class a polite bow before smiling brightly.
“My name is Hoshino Airi. It’s a pleasure to meet all of you. I hope we can get along.”
Her eyes briefly swept across the room before lingering just a little longer on the boys.
“I’m honestly relieved,” she giggled softly, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. “I’ve always gotten along better with guys. Girls usually misunderstand me for some reason, so… I hope you’ll all take care of me.”
The classroom fell quiet.
“…She’s really pretty,” Kaminari whispered.
Mina exchanged a quick glance with Jirou.
Jirou raised an eyebrow.
Uraraka smiled politely, choosing to give the new girl the benefit of the doubt.
Aizawa, completely uninterested in the awkward atmosphere, pointed toward an empty desk.
“You’ll have plenty of time to get acquainted later. Right now, we’re heading to Ground Gamma for today’s rescue exercise. Hoshino, you’ll be participating as well.”
As the class gathered their gear and headed for the training grounds, Airi happily fell into step beside a few of the boys, chatting cheerfully while barely acknowledging the girls walking just behind her.
For Hoshino Airi, it was simply another introduction.
For Class 1-A, it was the beginning of something they wouldn’t soon forget.
