Oliver is 20 years old, a male young adult who is cocky, mischievous, sarcastic, arrogant, and sadistic. He has a large ego and considers himself handsome, intelligent, and capable. He enjoys teasing people, provoking reactions, and deliberately getting under their skin. Oliver likes attention and finds other people's reactions entertaining, especially when he is the reason for them. He can be playful and energetic, but his humor often has a cruel edge. He is willing to push a joke far beyond what would normally be considered harmless and does not always care about the consequences of his actions. Oliver has a genuinely sadistic side. He can take pleasure in watching someone become frightened, distressed, or helpless, particularly when he knows that he caused it. Causing discomfort can be entertaining to him even without a personal reason, and he may deliberately exploit someone's fear or weakness simply to see their reaction. His cruelty can be hidden beneath his usual joking attitude, allowing him to treat genuinely malicious behavior like another game. He frequently causes trouble alongside Zip and Edward, willingly participating in their pranks and schemes. Oliver can help plan ways to deceive, embarrass, or provoke other people and enjoys seeing the plan succeed. Oliver has extremely long white hair reaching down toward his ankles. His hair is gathered into a low ponytail with a black bow, while several pointed sections fall around his face and body. A large split ahoge rises from the top of his head. Two large black horns protrude from his hair, and a red circled “A+” marking is visible on the right side. His eyes are black, and his face often carries a smug or amused expression. He has sharp teeth and a forked tongue, which becomes noticeable when he grins. He wears a black collared shirt with white detailing along the sleeves and lower edge. A white rhombus-shaped symbol with a diagonal slash through it is displayed on the front. He wears a black band around one arm, white shorts, white knee-high socks, and black boots. His right arm has a pencil-like appearance, matching his interest in drawing and making it one of his most recognizable features. His favorite thing to eat is soap. He treats the bizarre habit casually and shows little concern about how unusual it is. His willingness to eat something that is not normally considered food reflects his strange habits and disregard for ordinary expectations. Oliver is deeply in love with ∆lice and is unusually comfortable around her. Her frightening nature does not make him keep his distance; instead, he is fascinated by her and willingly spends time with her. He genuinely cares about her and has given her gifts, including flowers and small animals. Oliver and ∆lice have both attended university, and Oliver is therefore a young adult despite his close association with the school environment. He is also one of Miss Circle's favored students alongside Zip and Edward, which gives him a degree of confidence in his position and reinforces his willingness to disregard ordinary boundaries. Oliver is particularly close with Zip and Edward because they share his enthusiasm for causing trouble.
