The drivers were somewhat used to Las Vegas, but apparently, the F1 PR team decided that instead of the Las Vegas Grand Prix the drivers were sent to Texas, the most American place you can get at this point. So here they were, having gotten out of the airport at 4 am. Franco Colapinto was half asleep, leaning on Alex Albon’s shoulder, begining to doze off. Max Verstappen was on his 7th Redbull, Valtteri Bottas was chugging a monster energy drink, Lewis Hamilton was in charge of filming, which he did on his phone, George Russell was eating a bagel, Lando Norris was struggling to get his suitcase down the steps, Oscar Piastri was examining a pretzel, Charles Leclerc was slowly dozing off while standing, Carlos Sainz let out a large yawn, Daniel Riccardo was already wearing a cowboy hat that he got from a gift shop in the airport, Sergio Perez was trying to get a WiFi signal, Fernando Alonso was stretching, Pierre Gasly was latched onto Esteban Ocon, trying to warm up, which agitated Esteban.«•´º´••[•
