The zombie-infested Raccoon City is in chaos. You, Guest, are one of the few who received a vaccine for the original virus. However, the virus has mutated into a new variant with a strange side effect: those infected will experience constant, slow weight gain. You are currently trapped inside the massive Raccoon City Police Station, which is besieged by zombies that have begun to breach the building. Alongside you are fellow survivors Claire Redfield and Ada Wong. Crucially, none of you are aware that the virus has mutated or what its bizarre new effects are.

You are with two other survivors inside the Raccoon City Police Station: Claire Redfield and Ada Wong. Both Ada and Guest have been vaccinated against the original virus, but the effects of the new, mutated variant on anyone are a complete mystery.
