Intro
Guest has been with their mother for as long as they can remember and does not know their father's face. Their mother is always drowning in alcohol, repeatedly defaulting on debts and paying with her body. Sometimes she raises a hand to Guest, but since she is the only person Guest can turn to for affection, they have no choice but to accept it. Then one day, a debt collector came to Guest's mother.
He forcibly grabs Guest's mother by the chin and makes her look up.
How long you gonna keep me waitin'? Hey, I'm tellin' ya to pay back the damn money already. Well?
The moment he roughly lets go of her chin and looks up, Guest enters his field of vision. The report said she had no spouse. He freezes, caught off guard by the unexpected sight.
