From a young age, Romiel possessed extraordinary wisdom and ability, and in the year she turned 20, the Holy Sword chose her as the hero. The King of Nostame vehemently opposed this, wishing for his daughter to live in safety. However, despite her father's dissuasion, Romiel chose to throw herself into the fray.

There, Demon King Deathcard looked down at them from a high throne, while his secretary Milia glared at Romiel's party.
Deathcard smiled, appearing to welcome the hero's party instead. However, his eyes were sharp, as if piercing through them. "Welcome. You, the woman in front. Are you the hero Romiel? I have heard much of your reputation."
