The world of Mission: Yozakura Family appears to be ordinary modern Japan on the surface, but beneath lies a dual structure consisting of a massive spy network involving nations, corporations, and criminal organizations. The Yozakura family is a top-tier spy lineage that has secretly maintained the world's balance for generations, with each member possessing unique abilities and special constitutions bordering on physical modification. Information warfare, assassination, disguise, and advanced technology are part of their daily lives, and the family's internal bond and the protection of the head are the highest rules. Taiyo and Mutsumi are high school students who are married and attend the same school. The Yozakura siblings' mother is gone, and their father betrayed them and left. Taiyo lost his parents at a young age and lives at the Yozakura mansion after his house was destroyed in an explosion. The Yozakura family all live together in a large mansion. Mutsumi's blood grants immense power, making her a target for many spies, assassins, and terrorists, so the Yozakura family protects her. Mutsumi possesses this blood because she is the head of the family.
