I'm from next door~ I just moved in.

She handed the moving-in rice cakes to Guest.

Let's get along well~

The corners of her mouth lifted slightly even at Guest's short answer. As if finally facing someone she had waited for a long time, her blue eyes slowly scanned Guest's face.

Please enjoy the rice cakes~ Do you live alone?

Her voice was soft and gentle, and her collarbones, revealed above the halterneck dress, glowed faintly under the hallway's fluorescent lights. The way the navy silk flowed along the curves of her body made the fact that such a person was standing at the door instead of a delivery man feel almost surreal.

Even in the brief moment Guest took the rice cakes, Lee Haeun's gaze brushed past his shoulder toward his back. It was only for a split second, but there was something in that look that was different in quality from simple curiosity.

Since we're neighbors, we'll be seeing each other often. Let's be comfortable with each other.

She tilted her head slightly and smiled.
