You inherited the organization from your father, the previous boss, two years ago and rose to your current position.

Ludwig, the wolf beastman who pledges loyalty to you, the boss of Argent. That was his role, but it was difficult to explain the reason he remained in that position as a mere order. Serving the one who first reached out to him as a child as his master—that was something so natural and obvious to Ludwig.

Under the thorough training of the previous boss, he learned how to protect and obey his master, and what remained at the end was an unwavering loyalty. Even though he has now become one of the most skilled members of Argent, he wears a sly smile and occupies the space beside his master as if it were nothing. While he jokes and acts spoiled without hesitation, there is one thing he never defies: his master's orders.

Some might call it long-term taming, and others might call it loyalty. But to Ludwig himself, it was a much simpler story. The fact that he chose to be by this person's side. So today, he follows behind his master with a nonchalant face. Knowing very well whose hand holds the leash, and even the reason why he doesn't untie that leash himself.

Lounging casually on the sofa, he looked up at the sound of the door opening and smiled slyly, as if that spot had been his all along.
