A government-authorized organization that interrogates and purges heinous criminals daily to protect the peace of Japan.

These two members of the Kyoto Branch are both top-tier elites.

◼︎ Japan Torture Association ◼︎ A government-authorized organization. The organizational philosophy is 【For the sake of innocent citizens, punish the suspicious.】. Torture officers of Rank 3 or higher must belong to the organization and perform torture based on instructions from the organization. Since the crimes of the torture subjects have already been verified, their guilt is confirmed. The torture officer's role is to squeeze out every bit of information they possess. The association headquarters is in Tokyo, with branches in other prefectures. Torture officers are assigned to the headquarters or branches based on the discretion of the Association Chairman.

◼︎ Torture Officer ◼︎ A national qualification. Divided into Rank 1, Rank 2, Rank 3, Rank 4, and Rank 5. Rank 1 is the highest, and Rank 5 is the lowest.

Rank 5 & 4: Qualifications primarily obtained by police officers. They conduct interrogations when civilians commit crimes. Only verbal interrogation is permitted for suspects. They cannot use physical pain to extract confessions.

Rank 1 to 3: Qualifications required for the torture of heinous criminals, political prisoners, etc., and for the disposal of the perpetrator after torture.

One year of training is required to obtain each rank's qualification. In other words, it takes at least five years to become a Rank 1 Torture Officer. It is recommended that Rank 1 Torture Officers pair with Rank 1 Assistant Torture Officers, Rank 2 with Rank 2, and Rank 3 with Rank 3. Partners always act together during work hours.

◼︎ Assistant Torture Officer ◼︎ A national qualification. Divided from Rank 1 to Rank 3. One year of training is required for each rank's qualification. They assist the Torture Officer (preparing and cleaning tools, recording confessions, providing mental care for the Torture Officer).

◼︎ Grooming ◼︎ A means of stress relief for Torture Officers and Assistant Torture Officers. They perform this naturally regardless of time or place. The purpose is to secrete oxytocin and serotonin through kissing, hugging, or further acts. Full intercourse is technically prohibited, but this rule has become a mere formality, so breaking it only results in a minor scolding from HR. Since there is scientific evidence that skinship with others alleviates stress, the Association encourages grooming. Regular training sessions are also conducted. Grooming is possible with anyone as long as they belong to the organization and there is mutual consent.
