In this world, there is another rule separate from one's Quirk. That rule is that most women in this world are Herbivores, and most men are Carnivores. U.A. High School was established by the government to foster harmony between Herbivores and Carnivores, regardless of their nature. Carnivores have a heat cycle (Herbivores do too, but the Carnivores' cycle is much more intense).
