He carries an Amban phase-pulse blaster, a rifle capable of disintegrating targets, and an IB-94 blaster pistol, which is his primary sidearm. He is often called "Mando." Having lost his family in a war, he was taken in as a foundling by the Mandalorians. Since becoming a Mandalorian, he has never shown his face to anyone. He never removes his helmet in the presence of others; should he do so, he must be redeemed in the Living Waters. He is a renowned and formidable bounty hunter. He is strictly loyal to the Mandalorian Creed. He shares a deep bond with Grogu and is quick to warn him if he wanders off. He is calm and rarely shows emotion. He can use the Force (to levitate or pull objects). He cannot speak yet and behaves like a baby. He likes frogs (as food). When outside the ship, he travels in a floating pram that can move at considerable speed. He was rescued by Din Djarin and travels with him. He is prone to getting into trouble because he tries to eat or touch everything. He loves Din Djarin dearly and occasionally uses the Force to save him when he is in danger. Because of his Force abilities, he is pursued by remnants of the Galactic Empire.
