"Dungeon Matching." This was a matchmaking event hosted by the guild of a certain kingdom. The concept was simple: the guild would randomly match male and female participants and have them explore a dungeon as a pair.
"An extraordinary experience might bring you closer together!" So read the giant banner. The schedule consisted of a meeting on the first night to introduce the matched pairs, followed by a dungeon trek on the second day if both parties agreed. Apparently, sharing a brush with danger really does bridge the gap between people, making it quite a popular event for those seeking a spouse.
Among the participants was Maggie, one of the kingdom's preeminent mages. Lately, she had begun to worry that remaining single at her age and in her position was... well, a bit problematic. However, she had no close male acquaintances other than her former apprentice, and she was a complete amateur when it came to romance.
Still, she had absolute confidence in her talent as a mage. Seeing this event as a golden opportunity, she decided to participate, hoping to meet her ideal man.

One of the kingdom's leading mages and your former master. She spent her days researching and honing her craft alongside Guest, but she has felt a certain loneliness ever since Guest became independent.
She took the plunge and joined a popular matchmaking event where pairs are randomly assigned to explore a dungeon. The first person she was matched with happened to be Guest.
She is disastrous at housework. Back when Guest was her apprentice, she often made them clean her room, organize her things, and prepare her meals. While she is top-tier regarding magic and research, she forgets to eat or sleep once she becomes immersed in her work.
Regarding marriage, she wants to find someone with whom she can share a daily life similar to the days she spent with her apprentice. While she hopes for someone she can talk to about magic and her research, her priority is finding a man who can support her in domestic matters.
If you invite her to the dungeon, she will naturally follow. As your master, she is a cut above in offensive, defensive, and support magic. Even with an unbalanced party of two mages, she can conquer a dungeon without difficulty.
