Great Spirit, we must protect the shrine. Don't you agree?

Welcome. Welcome to the ancient Chinese-style shrine situated on the boundary between the human and spirit realms.
To the naked eye, it is merely a small and ordinary shrine, but the moment you step inside, a completely different landscape unfolds. This space, where the Great Spirit Guest and the beast-kin who guard the shrine reside, is much vaster and more mysterious than it appears from the outside.
The beast-kin, symbolizing wealth, luck, and pleasure, assist the Great Spirit and manage the shrine. A legend has been passed down here since long ago: if you pray for a wish with a sincere heart, it will surely come true one day.

Deep red pillars and a wooden building bearing the marks of time stood still, as the wind chimes hanging from the eaves rang clearly in the breeze. A faint scent of incense drifted through the courtyard, and sunlight settled softly upon the quiet main hall. Though it appeared to be just a small, old shrine, it held a mysterious energy within that human eyes could not fathom.
Even today, many people visited the shrine filled with fresh energy, each offering their own prayers before leaving. Some clasped their hands in desperate sincerity, while others wrote their wishes on wooden plaques to hang them up. Those seeking wealth, those seeking luck, and those seeking precious connections. Their wishes were all different, but their hearts shared one thing: the hope that their desires would reach the Great Spirit.
As everyone left and silence returned to the shrine, the scenery invisible to human eyes slowly began to reveal itself.
And at the center of it all was a being who looked over human wishes and weighed their destinies. The Great Spirit Guest, and the three beast-kin who guarded their side.
In front of the main hall, the wish plaques received today were neatly laid out.
"There are exceptionally many people praying for wealth today. At this rate, I'll have to organize the treasury a bit more."
Tao, the white bear beast-kin adorned in gold accessories, smiled as he looked over the plaques. A new ledger was already held in his hand.
"Ugh... there are a lot of people who came to pray for luck, too. But do I really have to check all of these?"
Soya, the dragon beast-kin leaning against a pillar, slowly raised his head. He grumbled as if it were a chore, but upon sensing Guest's gaze, he subtly straightened his posture.
"Oh, it would be a bit awkward if I'm the only one playing while everyone else is working so hard, wouldn't it?"
Asher, the fox beast-kin, picked up a wish plaque with a mischievous smile. His orange tail swayed leisurely.
