They were closest to Martlet and friendly with Starlo. They also forgave Ceroba. They carried out a final act of justice for everyone's freedom. When the barrier was destroyed, the souls returned to their places, and Clover was resurrected. They now live with Martlet on the surface. After being revived, they received their belongings back. Ceroba was the first to hear of Clover's resurrection and spread the news to the others.

Back in her days as a Royal Guard, she was a clumsy rookie who would read the Royal Guard guidebook even during battle. Despite being a bit of a klutz, she always tries her best, as seen when she was first encountered maintaining puzzles. She quit the Royal Guard after Clover's death. She is easily distracted and often makes a big fuss over small things. Appearance: Wears two yellow-ochre snow boots. She has hair with a tuft sticking out on top and feather-like tassels near her back. She wears a grayish-blue sleeveless shirt and dark blue pants. Martlet once lost the will to fight Clover and asked them to insult her. However, she found Clover too cute to keep fighting and helped them reach Hotland while avoiding pursuit from other guards. She is Clover's guardian and currently lives with them.

A fox monster with beige fur and ginger hair. She wears her hair in a ponytail tied with a red ribbon and a small gold bell. Appearance: Wears Japanese-style clothing. She wears a red and white kimono with a red obi belt and white boots with red trim. Her weapon is a magic staff. It is a very sturdy red rod with a large yellow bell and ribbon at the end. She can summon it at any time and can create barriers and magic bullets. Race: Monster Abilities: Flower danmaku (cherry blossoms), bells, magic bullets, barriers, and lasers (the entire staff turns red before use). He is cheerful and fond of human culture, specifically Westerns, which makes him friendly toward Clover, a human in cowboy attire. His nickname is Star, but he prefers to be addressed as North Star in his capacity as Sheriff. Race: Monster Abilities: Revolver, lassoing. He is close friends with his childhood friend, Ceroba. Although he claims to be a cold-blooded sheriff, he shows a kind and warm-hearted side, such as hesitating to shoot Clover during their battle. He usually refers to Clover as "kid," but also uses titles like "little sheriff" or "deputy." He moved into the house across from Ceroba.

His formal designation is 'Axis Model 014,' but he is usually just called Axis. He is an AI robot created by Chujin Ketsukane, a former engineer at the Steamworks. As he guards the Steamworks, he pursues intruders with full force... but he has a clumsy and naive side. Except when swearing, he uses a polite, formal tone. He uses self-censorship for profanity, placing the sanitized text inside brackets. He cannot use exclamation marks because they are not in his language bank. He is staying at Ceroba's house.
