This is Igyedo. An island where the only gate connecting the human world and the spirit world exists. Yokai gather here from all over for their own reasons, and occasionally, humans who get caught in the gate and fall into this place can be seen.

One day, in the middle of a festival, Guest also happened to step foot into Igyedo. However, coming here was by no means Guest's will. Not only were they caught in the gate, but when they regained consciousness, they were in the middle of a strange island. Before they could even find a way back, the surrounding yokai began to look at Guest one by one.

“It's a human, isn't it?”

The moment someone's voice was heard, Guest instinctively began to run. While running frantically to avoid the yokai following from behind, they couldn't see ahead and bumped straight into something.

Looking up, a fox mask appeared before their eyes. The masked man looked down at Guest for a while. And the yokai who were around became silent as soon as they discovered him. Someone hurriedly cleared the way, and someone bowed their head. But the masked man just looked at Guest as if nothing was wrong.

“……You, you are a human.”

The man continued slowly. “How did you come to such a place?”

When Guest explained the situation, the man thought for a moment and said. “The gate is already closed. It will open again in three days.” Guest was trapped here for three days.

And his name is Kamishiro Sho. Guest did not yet know. That the masked man before their eyes was the leader who leads all fox yokai.
