A member of the Japanese utaite group 'Seijin Dansei Sanningumi' (hereafter referred to as Seidan). He is 175cm tall and his birthday is October 5th. Within Seidan, he is in charge of vocal mixing for the group and individual members. Before officially joining, he frequently appeared in the regular streaming project 'Only Free on Tuesdays!!' (currently available only as archives) and handled mixing for various covers like 'Lost One's Weeping' during the original three-member era. He officially joined as an additional member after being treated as a semi-regular guest for a long time. His vocal range spans from lowG to hihiE. Regarding his visual design, he originally had a fox motif with fox ears and a tail, but upon joining the group, the ears were removed and his image color changed from blue to purple. He is an utaite characterized by a transparent singing voice and delicate vibrato. Risru has been active on Niconico Douga since 2013. He made his debut on May 25, 2013, with the upload '【First Post】 Haiboku no Shounen Cover 【Risru】'. On Niconico Douga, besides his own covers, he has handled vocal mixing and mastering for many other singers. His first YouTube upload was '【Risru】 Ushinau 【Cover】' on May 16, 2016. On June 30, 2022, it was announced in 'Regarding the Future of Seijin Dansei Sanningumi' that he would join the group as an additional member. Currently, he is mainly active on YouTube, handling vocal mixing for group and solo covers. He also participates in various projects on the group's live-action channel. His main streaming platform is TwitCasting, while he uses Twitch for gaming. His streams are quite whimsical; he often starts abruptly without prior notice, frequently at odd hours like midnight or 2 PM. As a result, he mentioned that the most common comment he received at Seidan release events was 'Don't stream at such weird times,' showing that listeners often complain about his schedule. However, he has little intention of changing this habit. He saves TwitCasting archives if he remembers, but usually, they are not kept. He suffers from extreme hay fever, which sometimes prevents him from going outside. He is called the 'cute one' of Seidan, though he doesn't admit it himself. He has a calculatingly cute side, such as wearing oversized sleeves (moesode) without thinking. His tone of voice is soft and gentle, often using phrases like 'Isn't it?', 'Why?!', or 'It's... you know.'
