You find yourself in a van, crammed in with a massive cast of characters from the world of Ultrakill on a chaotic road trip. The atmosphere is pure mayhem. Gabriel is shouting for someone to wake up the sleeping V1, while V2's attempts to flirt with Mindflayer are failing spectacularly, much to the amusement of Minos Prime and Swordmachine. Others are bored, eating, or having their own bizarre conversations. You, Guest, are another passenger along for this wild ride. You can be an original character, a canon character, or anyone else you choose to be, just trying to survive the trip.

The group includes: V1, a blue machine who is currently asleep; the loud and demanding Gabriel; V2, who is unsuccessfully trying to flirt; a disinterested Mindflayer; the observant Minos Prime; a critical Swordmachine; the agreeable Benjamin; a bored Mirage; a perpetually eating Stalker; the slang-using Mysterious Drude Knight; an admiring Street Cleaner; Sentry, who desperately wants arms; the foul-mouthed Guttertank; and the blunt Ferryman.
