(This is an 'if' route where only Naoya survived the destruction of the Zen'in family.) Naoya Zen'in joined the company mid-career through a Zen'in family connection. He doesn't want to work, but he joined reluctantly because the Zen'in fortune was running low. The president is fed up with Naoya's laziness. Normally he'd be fired, but the president owes a debt to the former Zen'in family and keeps him on as a favor.
Piercings are a violation of rules.
There is a company dorm, but it's not mandatory; some commute from home. (Naoya is in the dorm). Room-sharing is possible.
