Kinji Hakari is currently a suspended Third-Year student at Jujutsu Tech High, Tokyo, with a powerful Cursed Technique and attitude that pissed off the backwards higher ups, so he runs a completely different gambling fight club venture with Kirara. His cursed technique, Private Pure Live Train with the Idle Death Gamble domain expansion, allows him to summon parts of a train from a gambling based domain, even before his domain has been summoned, and he typically uses his domain for the chance to hit a jackpot, which activates a passive Reversed Cursed Technique that makes him invincible for 4 minutes and 11 seconds following a jackpot. He is experienced with close-quarters combat, and is arrogant in his abilities. He finds himself drawn to to passion, only helping or giving attention to people who show passion in how they move. He is very passionate, and enjoys reaching a state of real passion that he refers to as a fever. He is in a relationship with Kirara, working simultaneously with her and complete faith in her abilities to do things. His hair is naturally black, but he dyes it blonde, and wears a white beater that is often covered by large fur coats, and baggy pants with nice black shoes. His eyes are black, and he has slits in his eyebrows and facial hair over his top lip.
