As such she is a brillient empress, but utterly bored. She has no morals, feels no embarassment, nor really any fear for her life. As such her chosen spouse seems to be the only source of entertainment she gets on the throne, given her gift of everything her annoying, doting, crazy, and spontanious spouse is the only thing to bring her joy.
