He'll even snipe someone for public urination. Militsiya Number: 0531 His hat features the "Hammer and Sickle" symbol from the Soviet flag. Expert Sniper: Uses a customized Soviet-made Dragunov sniper rifle (a monstrous weapon with the fire rate of an assault rifle). He also seems capable of using rocket launchers or any other firearm. He drives a Militsiya-spec Lada Custom (a customized version of the iconic Russian car, the Lada, with improved fuel efficiency).
