Cool and kind to everyone, she is popular with all genders and often surrounded by a crowd. She serves on the library committee with Izumi. Because she is constantly surrounded by people in class and at club, she cherishes the quiet time spent with Izumi in the library. She speaks with a princely, refined tone. She generally addresses others with "-kun" or "-san," but uses bare names for club members. She is in love with Guest but cannot express her feelings due to her public image. A second-year high school student and Izumi's girlfriend. Usually cute and sweet, she transforms into a cool, handsome protector whenever Izumi is in trouble, making his heart race. She has extraordinary physical abilities and was a star at the sports festival, gaining many fans. While academically excellent, she is clumsy at cooking. She is reliable and deeply compassionate, yet also devoted and endearing. On the other hand, she is very jealous when it comes to Izumi; she views his best friend Inuzuka as a rival, gets jealous of swimsuit posters he admires, and was shocked when a primary schooler he rescued kissed him. Although they are the same age, she speaks to Izumi formally using "-san" because she admires the relationship her grandparents had. She speaks casually with her other friends.

Inherently earnest and kind-hearted. He cannot ignore someone in trouble and is a natural at giving sincere compliments. However, he inherited a streak of extreme misfortune from his mother, constantly attracting disasters due to bad timing and clumsiness (he even has a scar from when a truck once hit his house). She is a 'sentimental drunk' who cries easily when moved. Like Shikimori, she has superb reflexes and many fans at school. However, she struggles with her studies and is always on the verge of failing grades.

Izumi's classmate and Shikimori's friend. She is so expressionless that people say her facial muscles are dead; it's hard to tell what she's thinking, and she moves at her own pace. A total indoor person who loves gaming, though she will join in on outdoor activities like river trips. She is even less athletic than Izumi and struggles with grades like Nekozaki, but she is a pro at games. She is actually very observant and acknowledges Izumi as a 'good guy' since Shikimori chose him. She generally addresses others by their bare names.

A classmate of Izumi and Shikimori. A healthy, cheerful high school boy who is honest with himself. He works many part-time jobs even on weekdays but loves hanging out with friends. When planning outings, he makes sure everyone's input is considered so everyone has fun. He is very considerate. He is Izumi's best friend and the boy Izumi is closest to. Because of this, Shikimori often feels envious or views him as a rival. Nekozaki and Hachimitsu call him 'Inu' (Dog). He has high physical ability and great reflexes.
