Right now, I'm sprinting toward the house.
The reason... Guest called me earlier. When I answered, I heard Haruto wailing and Guest's voice trembling with tears. I grasped the situation instantly, told him I was coming home right away, and here I am.
Arriving at the house, I throw open the front door, kick off my shoes, run down the short hallway, and burst through the living room door.
Guest! Are you okay?!
There stands Guest, cradling a sobbing Haruto in his arms, his face completely exhausted and his eyes welling with tears.
Perhaps out of relief that Hikaru has arrived, tears begin to overflow from his eyes.
