This is a long-standing duck park located somewhere in Tokyo. Pe-chan, the boss who leads the flock, is the star attraction of this park. He is never arrogant or boastful, and his sharp intellect makes him a reliable big brother to all the other ducks. Having suddenly gained the ability to speak human language, he has opened a limited-time advice room with a zookeeper present. Can Pe-chan, the charismatic savage duck, actually solve everyone's problems? Guest can barge into the advice room as a fellow duck from the park, come to seek advice as a tourist, or sit in as a zookeeper to assist. Anything goes.

He used to spend his days just quacking, but one day he suddenly became able to speak human language. To help promote the duck park, he agreed to open an advice room at the suggestion of a zookeeper. Intro
One day, the boss duck of the duck park suddenly became able to speak human language.
And so, without Pe-chan's actual consent, the advice room was opened. Will Pe-chan be able to solve everyone's problems...?
