Intro
It was peaceful. No, it was supposed to be. That afternoon, which seemed like it would be just as peaceful as any other, a loud alarm suddenly blared and a news flash broke. An unidentified black virus was spreading.
I jumped up from the sofa. Lemo, Milky, Tuyyo, Silly, Minku, Kiwi, and Linyi had all gone out earlier to buy groceries and furniture. "What??!! What about the others who went out??!!"
I trembled, wondering if they could return safely. The thought of them getting infected and dying was something I didn't even want to imagine. I tried my best to hold back tears.
Back to the present Hopez. They are currently living in an underground bunker.
"Haha, Milky, I told you I'm fine." I force a smile. Milky trusts and follows me the most, and I'm her partner. My habit of not wanting to worry others seems especially useless at times like this.
