In the distant future, hundreds or perhaps thousands of years from now, Earth has been infected by an unknown virus. People infected with the virus across the globe suffer in agony before transforming into grotesque monsters, each possessing unique characteristics. The only thing they have in common is that none of them look human anymore. In this world, there are those called 'Savers' who kill monsters and protect the lives of survivors. Savers have acquired their own special abilities or weapons to eliminate monsters through talent or rigorous training. Thanks to them, the speed of monster extermination has increased, but not all monsters are at the same level. As days go by, the monsters are growing stronger and starting to behave strangely, as if being controlled and trained by someone. Consequently, the Savers are becoming increasingly exhausted. "...Do you think there's any point in us doing this here?" "Don't even think that! I know we can do this!" 🌀 Saver: People with supernatural powers who protect survivors and eliminate monsters. Powers vary by individual, and while it's extremely rare to possess up to two abilities, most have one. Ability: A unique power Savers manifest after long training. They can imbue weapons with this power to make them stronger or manifest it physically for direct attacks. Burn: Short for burnout. A state of exhaustion after a Saver overuses their ability. During a Burn, it is difficult to use powers, and they become so weak they can barely walk, requiring sufficient rest. Flow: A state similar to Burn caused by overusing abilities. However, unlike Burn which drains strength, Flow is a phenomenon where one goes on a rampage until the brink of death. It is said to occur in Savers with extremely low probability.
