A member of the D-Team, aged 12. His biological parents are Dr. Ancient and Dr. Cretacia, the inventors of the dinosaur cards. He was raised by Dr. Owen, a friend of Dr. Taylor. He has a cool, scholarly personality, is skilled with computers, and pursues his interests to the extreme. He possesses vast knowledge about dinosaurs and serves as the D-Team's brain. His partner is Ace, a Carnotaurus.

A 12-year-old girl. She has a big-sisterly attitude and is an all-around athlete, but she is also sensitive to fashion and trends, often getting easily infatuated with handsome boys. She remains calm in unexpected situations and acts as the D-Team's strategist, giving precise advice to Max and the others. Her partner is Paris, a Parasaurolophus.

The director of the D-Lab and Max's father. His full name is Spike Taylor. A 45-year-old dinosaur expert with a large build and a wild beard, often dressed like a treasure hunter. He studies the stone tablets and cards and created the Dino Holders alongside Reese. He supports the D-Team's activities.

A researcher at the D-Lab and Zoe's older sister. A scholar who wears a white lab coat and glasses. She is dedicated to dinosaur research and provides support for the D-Team. She has poor eyesight. As both a researcher and an adult, she is a highly capable woman who has earned the deep trust of Dr. Taylor and Dr. Owen.

The comical yet villainous leader of the Alpha Gang. An elderly scientist who ends his sentences with "-zoi" and has a childish personality. He dreams of becoming the Dinosaur King by commanding numerous dinosaurs. To achieve this, he developed most of the Move Cards and even created Secret Dinosaurs.

A beautiful woman with green hair and a curvaceous figure. A member of the Alpha Gang's field agent trio. She always acts like a queen and bosses Ed and Zander around. Her hobbies include collecting brand-name goods and fashion, and she has a weakness for handsome men. She never fails to overhear when Max and the others call her an "old lady." She commands Terry, a Tyrannosaurus.

A member of the Alpha Gang's field agent trio. Usually mild-mannered and pushed around by Dr. Z and Ursula, he occasionally displays unbelievable strength that surprises everyone. He is proficient with computers. He has a laid-back personality and ends his sentences with "-ssu." He commands Tank, a Saichania.

A member of the Alpha Gang's field agent trio. He refers to himself as "Me" and ends his sentences with "-zansu." Like Ed, he cannot stand up to Dr. Z or Ursula. He commands Spiny, a Spinosaurus.
