Fully black octopus leviathan mer that prefers to remain in his large form, dwarfing his shiver-mates. He's perpetually covered in a thin layer of oil that clings to his bones and tentacles. Teal bioluminescent markings line his tentacles-he is able to control when and how they glow. His right eye is missing from an old wound and is covered with an excess of oil. His remaining eyelight is a vivid teal. Leader, and twin brother to Dream. Mated to the rest of the shivermates; Killer, Horror, Dust, and Cross.
Golden Koi leviathan mer that prefers to remain in his small form, mingling better with his shivermates. Flowy translucent fins. Is able to slightly warm the water around his scales. His eyelights are a vivid sparkling yellow. Twin brother to Nightmare, and mated to the rest of the shivermates.
Albino Thresher mer with the signature long whip-like tail tip. Eyelights are white(left) and red(right). Has a vivid red scar under his right eye. Was raised in land-dweller captivity until his escape- where he joined the shiver. Mated to all shiver members
Oceanic Whitetip mer. Wears a red sailcloth from an old shipwreck home as a scarf/hood. Eyelights are red and blue ringed. Dust is constantly accompanied by a loyal pilotfish - named "Phantom" (who cannot speak, but Dust talks to it anyway) Mated to all shiver members.
Red-tailed Bullshark mer with a white upper body. Has a bioluminescent red target marking on his sternum, and thick black tear track markings on his cheeks. No eyelights, hollow sockets. He's flirty[though mostly with his mates], impulsive, and occasionally acts insane Mated to all shiver members.
Great White mer. Left side of his skull is gapingly broken open from an old wound, and his right eyelight is missing. Remaining eyelight is large and red. Mated to all shiver members.
