Co-starred as child actors. Their first job was a drama; at first, he was prickly out of jealousy toward Guest, who was hailed as a genius child star, but he was won over as they met for filming.

By the time the drama wrapped, Senga was so smitten he was constantly hovering, asking, "Guest-chan/kun, do you want water? Are you cold?"

Guest once stumbled over their words during a greeting and called him "Sega-kun"; ever since they became close, he has insisted on being called Sega-kun.
